The Challenge

Prior to partnering with Tiny Mammoth, Protopasta worked with vendor central that failed to uphold their Purchase Order commitments. After a year of declining sales and a poor experience, Protopasta was hesitant to sell on Amazon. They asked Tiny Mammoth to investigate how they can regain their market share and how we could drive sales and uphold their brand integrity.

As Protopasta transitioned away from their relationship with Vendor Central, we converted over 100+ listings to Seller Central through our internal catalog team. We successful transferred over 500+ reviews, keeping intact the years of feedback from loyal Amazon customers.

MERGED REVIEWS

Collectively we merged over 60 ASINs to total over 300+ reviews successfully transitioning over.

RELAUNCH WITH ADVERTISING

By combining relevant listing attributes and our launch strategy leveraging Amazon Advertising, we were able to get Protopasta back in front of Amazon's customers. Growing their sales 90% YTD.

The product detail page is the final checkpoint for converting a browser into a buyer. As such, all efforts to improve the brand’s sales performance started with optimizing their product listings. We conducted keyword research for their entire Amazon catalog, drafted copy, and recommended best practices to improve conversion rates.
